We don’t take deposit or admin fees
Each of you will be required to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, ideally you and your guardian should read through the document prior to signing.
We ask for a guarantor for each of you, this is normally a parent or close relative who will be guaranteeing you for rent and damages for the length of the tenancy. We will ask you for their details and will send out a form for them to sign.
The rent includes, Gas, Electric, Water and Broadband (350mbp). We also provide a flat screen TV and TV licence.
Make sure you stay in touch with us and let us know a couple of weeks before your tenancy start date, a day/time of your arrival at the property. We will then meet you at the house, give you your keys and explain how the house works.
